Support

Bring evidence, not secrets.

For a useful support report, include the runtime, version, exact failing action, observed error, expected result, and whether the same action works locally. Never include credentials.

Local

Include macOS version, MCPDO Local version, project type, tool name, policy outcome, and verification result.

Cloud

Include the public origin, health response with secrets removed, device online/offline state, and relay transport. Do not send account tokens or pairing material.

WordPress

Include WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce and MCPDO versions, the affected MCPDO route/tool, and sanitized activity/error evidence.

Current V1 support documentation is product-local. A permanent public ticket/email channel must be published before P19 final launch verdict.
